We sell helium-filled balloons! 

We are thrilled to be able to provide helium balloon services for our Sellwood Westmoreland neighbors and toy store customers. Please reach out if you have any questions, know that we may have updated information in the store not fully reflected on this page (final pricing must be quoted in-store), but here is a basic rundown. 

LATEX Balloons 

Prices are $3 for a filled latex balloon. This includes a squirt of hi-float in each latex ballon (for longevity), and a ribbon. $1 each for an unfilled latex ballon if you just want the balloon.

Did you know latex balloons are biodegradable? Just please don't release them into the air, as animals may mistake them for food. 

Foil Mylar Balloons

Prices are generally $9.99 and $14.99 for helium-filled foil balloons. Prices depend generally on size. 34" inch number foil balloons are $14.99 each, filled. This includes the balloon, helium and ribbon for each ballon. $7 and $10 for the same balloons, unfilled. 

Did you know Foil Mylar balloons are often reusable? If handled properly, you should be able to refill and reuse them. We will refill foil mylar balloons that we sold originally for $3 or $5, depending on the size. 

Ordering and Walk-ins

We are more than happy to take your walk-in order for balloons any time during store open hours. If you are in a hurry, want them on a Saturday morning, or have a lot of balloons (lets say any more than 20) please plan to order ahead!

Orders can be made over the phone or in the store. We will take your name, contact info, list of balloons you are purchasing and the date and time of pickup, plus any special information. Pre-payment is required, since we will be filling the balloons in advance, and once the helium is out and balloons are tied, that same-day cancelation isn't an option. 

Balloon Weights

A complimentary balloon weight or clip proportionate to the size and number of balloons purchased will be provided, at our discretion. If we have a different balloon weight in stock, you may alternatively purchase it, or forgo all together. 

FREE Birthday Balloon

If you come to visit us on your birthday (specific day only), please let us know - we would love to celebrate you and give you a Complimentary Balloon. Free Birthday Ballon includes a single latex balloon of our choice, with a pump of hi-float and a ribbon. Slip not to attach to wrist free-of-charge. Allergic to latex? Arches and Balloon Installations 

We are in the business of providing single or balloon bunches. We do not make any arches or specialty balloon installations. We do not deliver balloons. If you are looking for a specific ballon item, might we suggest contacting The Lippman Company in SE Portland. They can help or direct you to the next best option. 

Filling personal balloons

You may have purchased a balloon elsewhere or have a balloon from a memorable past event. It is our store policy that we will not fill balloons that we do not sell to you. Latex balloons are biodegradable, so they do degrade with time, heat and light, and we have no way to guarantee their quality or condition. Foil mylar balloons can occasionally have issues with the seal along the edges, and again we cannot guarantee their quality or condition. 

For special circumstances, we may agree to fill your 3rd party balloons with manager approval. In this case, all sales on helium are final (if it pops, we're still out that helium due to no fault of our own). We are not liable for any pain or suffering from broken balloons, as we cannot guarantee their quality or condition, and we do not have a backup supply to replace them with. 

Final Sale

Balloon sales are final sale. If a balloon deflates or pops seemingly due to a product issue, we will do our best to replace the balloon with the most similar option we have and we will refill at our own cost the helium. Balloon pre-orders are non refundable. Any helium used on 3rd party balloons is final sale, even if the balloon pops.
